The Staffing Agent will only show you gray "Not available" bars if: 1. the person has an active connactz account (not just created as an email contact). 2. the person has linked their calendar (Google/Outlook/iCloud) OR has set manual blockers.
- You have authorization to see availabilities (usually the case for admins) For external persons: If you have only invited someone by email (without an account), the system cannot know when this person has time.
