If your team reports not receiving any emails, please check the following points: 1. Spam folder: Ask the member to check the spam/junk folder for senders such as [email protected]. 2. Typing error: Check the team list to see if the email address is spelled correctly. 3. Status: Has the person perhaps already accepted the invitation? (Status "Accepted") Problem persists? If no e-mails arrive at all, please contact [email protected], stating the e-mail address concerned.
