In the Settings tab, you define how this specific project behaves in your connactz workflow. These settings primarily apply to you. 1. Select project color Determine a color for the project - This color is used everywhere in the app (calendar, inbox, notifications) - Use: Helps you to immediately distinguish which event belongs to which project in the central calendar 2. Accept jobs automatically (Auto-Accept) For musicians, film crew and actor profiles: Here you decide how to deal with booking requests: - Enabled: If you are requested for this project and have no blockers in your calendar, the system automatically accepts - Disabled: You have to confirm each request manually, even if you have time 3. Calendar rights Control who can see your availability: - Admins: Only project admins can see if you have time (gray/white bars) - Note: People with access never see details about your private appointments (e.g. "Dentist"), but only the status "Available" or "Not available" 4. Priority If you are working on several projects at the same time, there may be scheduling conflicts - Specify here how important this project is to you compared to others - This helps the system (and you) to decide which project has priority in the event of overlapping requests.
