This article covers connactz events in your private calendar app through the iCal feed. It does not cover importing Google, Outlook, or Apple appointments into connactz.
Check missing or outdated events
- Open your avatar menu and choose Integrations, then find connactz events in your calendar app. Check that the feed is enabled.
- Check Events included: Only with me limits project events to those involving you. The feed includes confirmed events; your own confirmed absences and calendar notes can also be included.
- Did you disable the feed or renew the private link? The old link is then invalid. Use Copy private link to copy the current link and update the subscription in your calendar app.
- Check that you subscribed to the calendar rather than importing an ICS file once. A file import does not receive ongoing updates. See Microsoft's explanation of imports and subscriptions.
The feed retrieves entries from the last two years and future entries. Older completed appointments are therefore not a suitable connection test.
Your calendar app determines when it fetches the feed again, so there is no fixed update deadline across providers. In Apple Calendar on Mac, choose View → Refresh Calendars; you can also configure an interval for subscriptions. See Apple's instructions.
If the problem persists, contact [email protected] with your calendar app, affected event, expected change, and when it happened. Do not send the private feed link – it grants access to the included event data. Hide it in screenshots too.
