Invite crew, band members or management directly into your project How to add someone: 1. open your project and go to the Team tab. 2. click on Invite member. 3. enter the person's email address. 4. in the next window, make the most important decision by ticking the "Send " box.
Option A: Silent creation (remove checkmark) Ideal for: Team members who want to confirm events via our staffing agents and have access to the event overview, but do not want to create a connactz profile - Remove the checkmark next to "Send email to check availability " - Result: The person will be added to your team list, but will not receive an email.
Option B: Actively invite (checkmark) Ideal for: The person should use all the advantages of planning with the connactz profile - **check "Send email to check availability" - Result: The person receives an email with a link to create a profile - Advantage: They can log in, see project details and synchronize their calendar (for availability checks).
 ## Further settings in the dialog - **Role:** - **Admin:** Has all permissions in the project, can make changes, create events and schedule team members via the staffing agent - **Member:** Is a full member of the project. Sees all events in the project calendar - **Guest:** Only sees specific events in which the guest is participating - **Add as participant to all events:** Saves time: The person is automatically added to the team list of all events that you already have in the calendar.
