As soon as you have created your team shortlist, click on "Next" and you will be taken to the Schedule tab. Here you can see when your candidates have time and set the final date ## 1. Read availabilities The calendar shows you an overview of all the people on your shortlist - Grey areas: The team member is not available at this time. This may be due to private appointments (from synchronized calendars) or other connactz projects. - White areas: There are no known appointments here. Important: You will only see the availability of team members who: 1. have a connactz profile. 2. have linked their calendar or created manual blockers. No grey bars are displayed for external persons (email only) or users without calendar sharing. The staffing agent will still send the request to everyone.
## 2. Set time period (drag & drop) Find a gap in which your prioritized team members are available (no gray bars). 1. Drag time period: Click in the calendar and drag the desired time period with the mouse button pressed. 2. Adjust: You can move the colored bar afterwards or drag it longer/shorter at the edges. ## 3. Split event (splitting) You can divide an event into several blocks. 1. simply draw up a second or third period on the same day (or on subsequent days). 2. for each block you can optionally enter a separate name (e.g. "Setup", "Show") and a different location. ## 4. Finalize As soon as the schedule is set: - Click on Save - The invitations will now be sent based on your selected mode (Smart Mode or First Come First Serve).
