First Come First Serve (FCFS) is the second request mode in Team-Staffing. Unlike Smart Mode, it invites everyone on the Shortlist at the same time. The first person to accept gets the job. FCFS is the fastest option when you need to fill a position at short notice or don't have a strong ordering preference. Shortlist priorities are ignored in this mode.
