With Auto-Accept enabled, the booking is locked in as soon as the person accepts — no manual confirmation required. With Auto-Accept disabled, you receive the acceptance as a proposal and confirm manually. Auto-Accept is configured per project and speeds up routine work, but is less suitable when you want the final call yourself.
