Team-Staffing

Team-Staffing is the AI-Agent feature that automatically fills positions for your events. You build a Shortlist per position, pick a request mode (Smart Mode or First Come First Serve), and your AI-Agent sends out the invitations, tracks accepts/declines, and keeps you posted. Team-Staffing replaces manual email back-and-forth for recurring casting and booking work. Requires the Admin role on the project.
