Shortlist

A Shortlist is the set of preferred candidates for a position in an event. You prioritise people (Priority 1, Priority 2) or mark them as "Must-have". During Team-Staffing your AI-Agent works the Shortlist either sequentially (Smart Mode) or in parallel (First Come First Serve), depending on the request mode. Shortlists can be saved and reused.
