Smart Mode is one of two request modes in Team-Staffing. It asks people on your Shortlist one after another by priority. If Priority 1 declines or doesn't respond within the configured waiting time, Priority 2 is automatically invited. This ensures your preferred candidate gets the first shot. Use Smart Mode when you have clear preferences.
