For film freelancers: A complete profile helps your team recognize you faster and assign your role correctly.

For musicians and bands: Your artist profile represents you online so you can land more bookings. Maintain and share it like your EPK.

How to set up your profile:

  1. Click your avatar in the top right and choose Settings.

  2. Profile picture: Upload a photo or logo.

  3. Name: Enter your first and last name.

  4. Artist/Company name: Optional — if you work under a pseudonym or a brand.

  5. Description and skills: Tell people more about yourself and list your skills.

Control your visibility and availability sharing: You decide who can see your profile:

  • Public: Your profile is discoverable via your public project page. Good for networking.

  • Private: Only people in the same project as you can see your details.

  • Availability: Decide whether to show your availability on your public profile. Private details stay private — you only appear as available or busy.

Tip: Next, connect your calendar so your team knows when you're available.
