For film freelancers: A complete profile helps your team recognize you faster and assign your role correctly.
For musicians and bands: Your artist profile represents you online so you can land more bookings. Maintain and share it like your EPK.
How to set up your profile:
Click your avatar in the top right and choose Settings.
Profile picture: Upload a photo or logo.
Name: Enter your first and last name.
Artist/Company name: Optional — if you work under a pseudonym or a brand.
Description and skills: Tell people more about yourself and list your skills.

Control your visibility and availability sharing: You decide who can see your profile:
Public: Your profile is discoverable via your public project page. Good for networking.
Private: Only people in the same project as you can see your details.
Availability: Decide whether to show your availability on your public profile. Private details stay private — you only appear as available or busy.
Tip: Next, connect your calendar so your team knows when you're available.
