Yes, you can easily connect connactz to your Google, Outlook or Apple calendar - open your avatar menu and choose Integrations, as described in Connect calendar. This automatically synchronizes your availability - both for you and your film crew. For each subcalendar you choose whether existing appointments count as Busy, Possible conflict or No conflict; this helps avoid double bookings without your team seeing private titles. Alternatively, you can also enter your blocking times manually as an absence if you don't want to use a calendar link.
