Yes, with connactz you can keep an eye on the availability of your entire team. Your AI Agent takes calendar events and appointments into account - both yours and those of your team members, to the extent they have shared their availability with the project. You can link Google, Outlook or iCloud calendars or manually enter public holidays and blockers to bundle everything in a central view. The calendar collects appointments across projects and clients and is therefore always up to date. When project admins plan new events, connactz shows the known conflicts of the selected team members in the Schedule step, and your AI Agent can suggest times without known conflicts - for efficient coordination and faster commitments. No visible conflicts do not prove that someone is free, though.
