An organiser is a person or organisation that plans events and books others — typically a club, festival, wedding agency, production company, or theatre. In connactz, "organiser" is primarily a user category on the registration page and a term in our marketing and help copy. Organisers send Private Requests or publish Open Calls; artists and crews receive those via their Artist Profile or Book-me Button. Many organisers are also projects themselves (e.g. a theatre that organises a crew each season).
