A Blocker is a time slot in your calendar where you are unavailable — for whatever reason (holiday, private appointment, other project). Blockers can be created manually or pulled automatically from a linked external calendar. During Team-Staffing your AI-Agent recognises blockers and automatically excludes affected people from requests. The content of a blocker (e.g. "Holiday") stays private — others only see that you are blocked.
