Yes, requests that you receive outside of connactz - for example by phone or email - can easily be entered manually using the '+' symbol in the top right-hand corner of your calendar. Simply enter the date and booking status and your digital agent will take over the rest of the organization. Tip: Link your booking form to your website so that the agent automatically captures requests from there and takes the extra work off your hands.
