The central calendar is your cockpit for all scheduling. This is where everything comes together - whether it's shooting days, gigs or private appointments. The user interface explained:
- Main area (Grid): Here you can see all events as colored blocks - Click on an event to see details or edit it - Use the arrows at the top left (< >) to switch between months - Sidebar (Links) - Your filters: Here you can control exactly what is displayed. This is especially important if you are managing many projects at the same time. - Event types: - For film projects: Tick what you want to see (e.g. only "Shoot" and "Travel day", but no "Meetings") - For music projects: Tick the event types you want to see (e.g. only "Concert" or "Christmas party") - Projects: Switch entire projects on or off. Each project has its own color (the small bar on the left of the event) so that you can immediately distinguish them in the calendar - Status: Filter by booking status. For example, show only "Confirmed" events and hide everything that is still "In planning" - Private calendars: If you have linked external calendars (Google/Outlook), you can show or hide them here - Toolbar (top right): - Refresh icon: Refreshes the view.
- **List icon:** Switches to the list view of all events (instead of the calendar grid). - **Blocker icon (crossed-out circle):** Creates a blocker (see article "[Manage blockers](/en/central-calendar/manage-blockers-and-availabilities)"). - **Plus icon (+):** Creates a new event.
