Click on the '+' symbol in the top right-hand corner of your calendar to create a new event. In the pop-up window, enter the general information. If you have not yet set a specific date, an additional 'Planning' section will appear: Based on the required positions and people, the tool automatically compares the calendars of all potential team members and suggests time slots in which the entire required team is available. If several time slots are required, your digital agent even optimizes the team constellation so that changes in key roles - such as the camera position - are minimized.
